About the Opportunity-

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Product (Engineering) to lead our product development efforts. As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of our product roadmap. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Develop and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product planning and positioning.
• Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Build and lead a high-performing product engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to product managers, engineers, and designers, ensuring their professional growth and success.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration between teams, breaking down silos and aligning efforts towards common goals.
• Act as a liaison between product and other business functions, ensuring alignment and understanding of product vision and requirements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product development and engineering.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, making informed decisions and resolving technical challenges.
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for leveraging technology advancements to enhance product offerings and user experience.
• Oversee the successful launch and adoption of new products and features, coordinating activities across teams.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize product offerings.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and integrations to enhance the product ecosystem.

Requirements-

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in the technical field
