About the Opportunity-
As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing content marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content created is aligned with the brand’s voice, resonates with the target audience, and drives engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business goals.
- Define content goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Audience Research:
- Conduct thorough audience research to understand their needs, preferences, pain points, and behavior.
- Create detailed buyer personas to guide content creation.
Content Planning:
- Plan and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content production.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate content ideas and topics.
- Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO).
Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee content creation, including writing, editing, and content production (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics).
- Maintain content quality standards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
- Manage content distribution across various channels (website, blog, social media, email).
Content Promotion
- Develop strategies for promoting content to reach a wider audience.
- Utilize social media, email marketing, and other distribution channels to maximize content exposure.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
- Continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights.
- A/B test content elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
- Communicate content strategy and guidelines to the broader team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
