About the Opportunity-

As a Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing content marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the content created is aligned with the brand’s voice, resonates with the target audience, and drives engagement and conversion.


Content Strategy Development:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business goals.
  • Define content goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.

Audience Research:

  • Conduct thorough audience research to understand their needs, preferences, pain points, and behavior.
  • Create detailed buyer personas to guide content creation.

Content Planning:

  • Plan and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring consistent and timely content production.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate content ideas and topics.
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO).

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee content creation, including writing, editing, and content production (e.g., graphics, videos, infographics).
  • Maintain content quality standards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Manage content distribution across various channels (website, blog, social media, email).

Content Promotion

  • Develop strategies for promoting content to reach a wider audience.
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other distribution channels to maximize content exposure.

Analytics and Optimization:

  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools.
  • Continuously optimize content strategies based on data insights.
  • A/B test content elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
  • Communicate content strategy and guidelines to the broader team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content production.
