* Managing and motivating the project team. Managing the project team, setting expectations, assigning tasks, and motivating team members to work efficiently and effectively.

* Coordinating with stakeholders. Coordinating with all stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other internal and external teams.

* Reporting on project progress. Provide regular reports to stakeholders on the progress of the project, outlining any risks, challenges, and successes.
