About the opportunity-
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to oversee our company’s digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid acquisition channels and a proven track record of delivering strong ROI through performance marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze data and user behavior to identify key opportunities for optimization and improve campaign performance.
- Set and achieve KPIs for campaigns, including CAC, CTR, and CPL.
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creative.
- Manage relationships with key partners, including ad networks and publishers.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on paid acquisition channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROI through performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with ad serving and tracking technologies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
